Day 7 as a KDS Trainer

Roll on day 3 of Academy 23! The difference was apparent in each individual today. Each candidate greeted one another with the warm KDS welcome! There were lots of smiles on faces, shoulders relaxed, and candidates seemed keen eager to start a new day.

I can see the candidates beginning to gel. They are offering each other reassurance and encouraging those who need extra support. This is great to see and I am really pleased to be part of this Academy.

This morning, Deborah told me that her mum and step dad were ‘over the moon’ when she told them that she stood up in front of the group and shared her story. Her eyes were wide and she was beaming with happiness when she told me this. This is what it’s all about within KDS, it has been and will continue to be a journey for us all! I cannot wait until tomorrow to hear more stories and observe changes in people. Bring It On Academy 23!
