Mind over Money!

Mind over Money was the order of the day in the Academy as KDS continued their partnership with the Royal Bank of Scotland's Money Guide programme. Ed Finlayson attended the Academy to give candidates one-to-one advice on their present and future finances. This innovative approach is unique to the Academies and allows candidates to begin breakthrough a major barrier in the return to employment!

KDS recognise that finance is one of the main fears surrounding people returning to the workplace and strive to give all candidates the necessary information to take away these fears. Working with RBS Money Guide programme gives candidates expert advice and support in this area, another example of the importance of relationships and strategy!
