Mark continues to inspire

Mark, who enjoyed a week's work experience with me and the KDS team in April, returned to update everyone on his own personal journey and have another day's work experience.

Mark, who is 16, has never allowed his Down's syndrome to impair his opportunities.

His work with me and KDS Group allowed him to move to the next level of personal growth and give his self-confidence a boost.

He has kept in touch with me and visited the offices today to update everyone on his progress.

He comfortably and confidently presented his experiences at KDS and post-KDS to over 15 people from the team and the latest Renfrewshire Retail Academy.

Everyone in the room found the experience inspiring.

Mark continues his journey and his presentation and zest for life still makes a fantastic impact on me.
