Lynsey & Sarahjane - Looking to Tomorrow's Agenda 2011

Upon arrival to the KDS Group after stopping for the festive season, Stevie had called a meeting with all the members of staff. Its purpose was to discuss the direction in which KDS is headed for in the future; we are a rapidly growing company and, as a result, it is vital that we are always looking at tomorrow's agenda. Lynsey and I initially had secured our jobs with one year contracts, however, Stevie has now spoken about the possibility of extending this. Stevie often reinforces the importance of time-lining to us, and to do this we must first establish our goals for the future. Last year we watched Stevie gradually realise his ambition of spending Christmas in New York, now it's our turn to think about where we see ourselves in a year's time and work towards achieving this.

a good lesson for us all in looking at what we want to achieve and putting the strategies in place to do so! SJ and Lynsey are two young ladies who will both excel in whichever direction they choose to continue their journey! K
