Kicking it off in Kirkcaldy

The Fife Academy started in Kirkcaldy today with all the candidates showing exactly what they were made of in the face of adversity (or at the very least not being able to get into the building and broken heating!!)A practical demonstration on the power of attitude and having a positive mindset on Day one!!-Be very proud of that achievement! Undeterred all ten candidates got through today and shared brilliant Who am I’s with the rest of group and smiles prevailed with the realisation that today would be one of the biggest challenges they will undertake on the Academy!

Big steps forward were taken in understanding who we are, the importance of relationships and communication and admitting what we were not happy with in life! We will continue to build on these foundations over the next four weeks to take you further than you thought possible!

After all Team Fife, if you got through today with smiles, laughter and determination – think what you can achieve in four weeks!!
