KDS Training Team give feedback on Stevie's presentation

This morning Stevie led a motivational speech to an audience of potential academy candidates for the forthcoming employability academy in East Renfrewshire.

Stevies invigorating talk began with his usual motivation, passion and enthusiasm for life. From the offset the audience were hooked. Stevie shared with them some of his life experiences and inspirational stories. He shared his strategies of success in life and also emphasized the different opportunities that lie in peoples paths that they didnt even know existed. His use of power language inspired the candidates and had them on the edge of their seats. Feedback from the candidates included powerful words such as refreshing, inspirational, stimulating, different, and unique.
The outcome was that 100 per cent of the audience immediately signed up to go forward to the next stage to join the academy and onto the next stage of their life journey.
Regardless of whether they are accepted onto the academy, everyone left challenged and with much to reflect on.
