KDS first to introduce ,life coaching for drivers

As owner of KDS GRoup, I have always looking into the emotional intelligence of a driver within a distribution company. I have now walked the walk as last month I signed off 6 life caoching sessions for a driver within KDS Group.

Aviva were in offices last week presenting KDS Group a cheque for rebate on low claims, how is this possible, nearly million miles per year and low claims, well, life coaching is part of the model, just one part of what we do as an organisations. I have studied business models in other companies and see where more could be done easily.

It fills me with pride when I see after these sessions over a period of 6 weeks a driver in a far greater place where he has had opportunity to reveiw whole life balance. We measure this from many ways in KPIs within a drivers attitude to customer service results and fleet costs.

I will continue to offer this to drivers who want it of request it, and results for ourr company out way the cost of life coaching. I am life coach personally but utilise a pool of life coaches and feedback we receive from staff is very positive

whats benefits, costs for one, improved workplace, improve customer offer, driver achieves more in life for them and family, lots more positives

I have a moto " we recognise the progress we have made, realsie it and recognise it but more so, realise we have much more to do"

Heres to another year of low costs, high percentage for employee and customer satisfaction

Since being invited to KDS a while back i have watched the business model change to suit the landscape of improved customer service, saving lives, and personal development within the business. It lifts me to have witnessed the commitment this team produces every month. I look forward to seeing more encouraging reading on KDS. WILLIE GRANT

Hi Stevie, this article really caught my attention! Is it something you are restricting to KDS drivers? If you could let me know, Id appreciate it, regards, Ross.
