Judgement Day!

The Recruit Interviews were taking place at our offices today and it was explosive!

Three interview rooms were set up with 'judges' interviewing them for 4 of the positions available, we interviewed candidates back-to-back from 9am until 5pm.

The candidates turned up and they all looked amazing - a real effort had been made to make a great impression on prospective employers. As they waiting for their slot I'm sure there was a feeling of nervousness and uncertainty, the standard was exceptionally high and I was impressed by the preparation that had gone into the interviews.

I have enjoyed every single second of this process and I'm sure every one of the Recruits will go on to achieve great things.

The interviews have been great, very different types of interviews which was interesting! Just a case of waiting now.. This time next week we will be in the Town Hall full of excitement, nerves and emotion. May the best man or woman win.. also the best team aswell! Good luck to everyone involved. ITS THE FINAL COUNTDOWN
