Instant results after one mentoring session
Today Stevie supported and mentored one of our candidates who recently graduated from an Academy. Robert McBeth successfully completed our Seasonal Gardeners academy held by KDS Training. Robert suffers from a speech disorder of stammering and approached Stevie for help whilst on the training course. Stevie has offered to support Robert with mentoring sessions, the first one which was held today. Stevie worked with Robert and offered different techniques and strategies to help him overcome his stammer. There was noticeable results at the end of this first session.
