Innovation and Productivity
Every day and therefore every week at Stevie Kidd People and KDS is productive and filled with innovation but this week seems to have been even busier than usual!
The week started with an extremely successful meeting with local authority to discuss our existing partnership and support of a local charity – CARING (Children At Risk and In Need of Guidance).
On Wednesday we confirmed that Stevie will be guest speaker at a conference for a Regeneration agency in Glasgow, he will be speaking on the topic of motivation and adapting to change. Stevie has very kindly offered to donate his fee to charity. Stevie had an extremely productive meeting with the organisations Deputy Chief Executive and he has asked Stevie to deliver at another of these conferences.
Thursday saw an extremely important meeting with the Chairman of a successful hotel group. We have recently delivered motivational training to the group and so impressed were they by the results that they wanted to know about working with Stevie on a longer term basis. We produced a consultancy report for them which encompassed the full business analysis that Stevie conducted along with our recommendations for growing the business. Stevie would go in on a consultancy basis.
And today Stevie flew to Manchester to meet with an international mentoring client.

It really is difficult to describe the culture that we work in and it has to be seen to be believed. We all come into this business with an idea of what “busy” means but the way that Stevie has us working means that you look back on a week and think about the productivity and how far you have come in the week. We all work smarter which means that we don’t feel under pressure or “busy” we just know that we have achieved all that we set out to at the beginning of the week.

Peak performance as always from Stevie!! We are all always learning from Stevie how to work smarter, be innovative and be at the top of our game! Goals are met and exceeded when we use these ways of working! K
