If you always do what you always did

There’s a very simple phrase and that goes “if you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got” and all of us are living proof that there is truth within this statement! It is fantastic if everything in our life is perfect and we are happy with what we are getting, but most of us can identify areas of our lives that are not working as well as we would like them to!

This is something that we encourage Academy candidates (and KDS staff, visitors and partners!!) to do from the beginning! Break out of your comfort zone and do something different and look at the opportunities that it brings into your life! But how many of you reading this haven’t looked at what you could do differently lately? (Yes, I can see those guilty looks from some of you and others squirming in their chairs!)

Now, if you were driving a car and you constantly bumped into the kerb you would re-adjust your steering wheel, re-set your course and decide where you want to go! In life we have the same choice – do it differently and grab the new opportunities or continue to hit against the same obstacles!

Let’s do it differently and see what experiences open themselves up to us, after all life is an adventure and too short to be anything but happy!

A well thought out piece of advice Katie,but remember life is not just an adventure,it is also journey,so travel it well.
