Hollywood Words of Wisdom!

As Academy 22 enters it’s last week and the guys look forward to starting their new jobs, lets use the words of the famous style icon, film star and UNICEF ambassador, Audrey Hepburn to impart some word’s of wisdom to bear in mind for when they start!

1. Your outer self is a reflection of the inner you!

“For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.”

What you think and feel has a huge impact on not just yourself but others around you, emotions are contagious and people form impressions of others in an almost unconscious way, people view you through filters in their mind! It’s not always easy to see only the good in people but it is always worth the effort!!

2. Don’t worry what others think of you!

“I never think of myself as an icon. What is in other people’s minds is not in my mind. I just do my thing.”

One of the biggest parts of thinking and doing what you really want is to stop caring so much about what other people think of you! People that don’t care that much about getting approval often do more of what they want deep inside. So the way they live their lives will gain appreciation and approval from the people around them.

So when starting a new job remember Smile from the inside and let the world see it and know your own mind and stick to it!
