Happiness is
Week two starts in the Academy today and the happiness is apparent from all the candidates, and they are now recognising that this is a positive (and de-ageing) state to be in!
That got me thinking, how do we define happiness? A straw poll round the office and academy gave us may suggestions from a having the house to yourself and having some quality "me" time, uninterrupted time with family, an impromptu brilliant night out, having done something well, remembering childhood memories or getting a haircut!
Happiness then, is defined differently by each and everyone of us, however the lyrics "Happiness, happiness, the greatest gift that I possess" ring true! Happiness is the greatest gift we can give ourself and also the greatest gift we can give to others!
So what makes you happy? Let's share our ideas and spread the happiness to many others!

Happiness is being with my family making them laugh and see them smile and to know they are happy makes me happy.

Happiness is watching the faces of my brothers two children when I say I will do something like take them to the park, those smiles light up my life.

Happiness:- When you look at your life, the greatest happinesses are family happinesses, when I get up in the morning and look myself in the mirror and my family can look at me too and that''s all that matters. Each day of our lives we make deposits in the
memory banks of our children. You may travel the world over in search of what you need, when you return home you will find it. Family is the dream of happiness in the wakened state.

Happiness for me is being with the one I love! Nothing bests lazy days, relaxing and cuddling. Hugs are underrated!! Seeing my family smile and laugh makes me happy too.
