I just love moments like this.....

Coming to the end of another day...... sitting reflecting on what i have achieved and what i could still achieve, then a phone call from one of our biggest pharmacies with some news on feedback they had received from one of their new customers saying that... Ian who delivers the medication is always polite and courteous and is always willing to go that extra mile when he is at the Home..
The day has just had a great ending...Well Done Ian Thomson Fantastic..
