Getting to be part of KDS
I am recruiting just now, Me doing this is giving people heads up which is against what I am looking for as I am now tipping you off.
If you want to work for me and apply for a job, if you think sending me a cv is going to impress me, well "NO" I am looking for someone very unique, is it for a certain position, "NO" If you are cleaner to working as head of department sending me a cv will not get you anywhere, believe me.
Hunger-- Hunger --Hunger if you want work for KDS then show it, prove to KDS team you have what it takes, it frustrates the hell out of me where people come in and smile and say heres my CV.
My first job when I was 16, I went to employer 38 times every day at 2pm, until at one time the general manager asked me what do you come here each day at 2pm, I then went off on a rant for 20 minutes telling him who he was, telling him what happens in factory from start to finish, who his customers are and who else could be his customers. I then proceeded to tell him that I would start with a brush in my hand and only be here for 18 months as I was going to be a businessman and work for myself, I told him I was about to break the generation cycle as all my family worked in the factory.
long and short of it is I did start with the company with the brush but left to the day of 18 months and was on highest paid job in the factory, I then started my first business and took it back to my High school and said here you go ladies, You told me when I was at school this was not possible.
I am looking for a person who has drive and focus on what they want in life and within employment, sending me a cv with an e mail will not do it for me, you have to have the passion and desire as I have when I was looking for the cheese
what you put in is what you will get out, put little in you will get little in return,
