Getting ready to fly!

This week the Future Focus Academy of young people from the Activities Agreement programme had another very interactive week where they built on the foundations they had put in place last week. Personal self-management and team building were on the agenda for this week and each candidate has been able to talk openly and honestly about themselves and what they want to achieve in their life! Setting some short term goals gives us a foundation for the next steps. We have looked at how well we manage our time, how independent we are and what our next steps are for being more independent to make things happen for ourselves!

We have teamwork licked and are expert at supporting each other, both in the Academy and out! Big changes are evident in this group are forming into a brilliant team who will go on to achieve great things! It seems all the candidates have decided to be eagles and putting the foundations in place to soar!!

Well Guys, after visiting the group this week I am very confident nothing will clip your wings as you all showed increase in confidence in yourself and your ability to gain employment. I hope you all enjoyed your cream eggs now is your time to begin to cream the benefits of gaining employment. Keep up the good work and here''s to the future in or out of KDS

The youth academy are changing daily and its wonderful to see. KDS Training are committed to youth development and were making it happen. Well done guys.
