Further Acknowledgement of Stevie's Work

Our hotel group had originally asked Stevie and KDS to come and provide motivational training to our heads of department. When presented with the challenge Stevie in true in-imitable style, he said that he was not prepared to do what we asked? When most companies would have just taken our money …Stevie was concerned that to provide the outcomes we required that he be given access to all staff on a 1-2-1 basis prior to going ahead.

He unlike any other trainer I know, including myself! Took an individual holistic approach to each participant prior to training and not the “sheep dip” approach which means that we train the subject but not the subjects ? This resulted in highly motivated individuals who were all aware of where they could improve and help drive the “bus” and not be a passenger.
