Feedback from Academy 27
Stevie delivered an afternoon session with KDS Training's Academy 27.
This is a training academy that works with unemployed individuals teaching them the skills for the Care sector and eventually supporting them into employment.
Stevie delivers a coaching day, this focuses on the attitudes and behaviours of the candidates. Stevie's session helps them to overcome barriers including issues with confidence and self-belief. Here's what a few of the candidates had to say:
