Extraordinary Experiences in Edinburgh

Our second week consisted of Interview Skills, Equality & Diversity, Life Coaching and Looking to the Future. We all felt the subjects covered were very informative & expanded upon a lot of things and issues & knowledge that were new or either already knew or just needed extra reminding.
 

The experience has been a real eye opener & enlightening to a brighter more fulfilling future & what made it extra special is the friendships made with each other in the team.
 

Overall, a great experience.

10 interviews across this group of 6 terrific delegates tells me that these guys are all excellent candidates. Although this academy has now come to an end, I have reassured all of the guys that KDS will continue to support them into employment. There are still pending interviews and possible outcomes for them in the pipeline...so fingers crossed for each of them...
