Excitement about upcoming Buddy day!

“Each time we face our fear, we gain strength, courage, and confidence in the doing.”

This is appropriate today as Academy 26 are about to experience something new! It’s Buddy Day tomorrow and this is exciting times for staff at KDS. We value the partnership we have with Care homes as our candidates gain a wealth of experience as part of their work placement day.

Tonight they left with a spring in their step, eager and keen to learn more about the Care sector. Every candidate has made great progress towards this day and as they head off feeling confident, excited and happy about their journey we at KDS know that they are going to shine!
