Exceptional Standards at Recruit Interviews!

Pulses were racing, but smiles were still bright today as Recruit candidates were put through their interview paces today with KDS Group, Renfrewshire Council and Chamber of Commerce and Connaught. Half hour slots and some candidates were in for all 3, back to back!

90 adrenaline fuelled minutes to put all they had learned into practice and prove they were the best for the job! Real progress has been made by all candidates in appearance, confidence, motivation, attitude since we saw them last, all information from Stevie and all the other staff clearly having been taken on board. "an exceptional standard" and "Brilliant, absolutely amazing" is what the Judges fed back on the calibre they had seen today!

Deliberations are still on going in the creative room and the tension is palpable! Huge achievement for the Recruits today, and there is more to come tomorrow!!!  Who will achieve the grade above excellence and secure the jobs, find out next week!

The end of the Recruit 2010 process. Just a quick message to say well done to all Yp who took part and i have to say the standard was exceptional. There may be only a few who are chosen for particular jobs this time but what a great future you all have ahead of you. A credit to your parents and guardians. The Adult life is beginning and if you guys show the same commitment shown in the last 10 weeks in the years ahead your testing times will turn into Triumphs. Well Done All.

all I can say is what an experience ! on behalf of all the Recruits - thanks for your time today everyone, this was definetly something we won''t forget about!
