Employment, Employment, Employment for Renfrewshire Care Academy

What a week for the Renfrewshire Care Academy! Its the end of our third week and employment has went through the roof! We have had interviews for candidates and work placements, candidates securing part time and full time positions, candidates declining offers and to be offered more hours and even one candidate taking another direction in their journey and having an interview exclusively for their choice.

We have had ex candidates in to surprise us, ministerial visits and lots of knowledge and training in between. This has been a fantastic week for Renfrewshire Care. A team who have made life-long friends and grabbing every opportunity that comes to them. Positivity levels are extremely high and great attitudes from all.
