Emotional Graduation For Academy 30

Almost 4 weeks ago, 8 strangers came together to embark on an incredible journey of self discovery with everyone involved gaining more from the experience than they ever expected. 7 people, 7 journeys, 7 positive outcomes in more ways than you can imagine. Each individual faced challenges and overcame some of their fears, which was a triumph in itself. 7 have conquered and exceeded expectations. If you had asked each of them 4 weeks ago what they imagined would be achieved by the end of the course, none of Academy 30 would have said they will be in employment.

As an organisation we are aware of the barriers that our candidates face to achieve a positive destination and we follow and support them throughout their journeys. It is an honour and pleasure to watch candidates grow in confidence and develop skills, self-esteem and desire. In order for our unique approach to training to work you need individuals who will engage and work with us and we had candidates who remained open to our strategies and as a result 7 are in employment!

Smiles, tears, laughter have all been a feature of this Academy and we have confidence that each one of them will be role models for others to follow within the Care Sector.

First day and no academy to go to. Brilliant time at the bowling on Saturday great will keep in touch with all for sure
