Electrifying Presentation to Academy 26

Today was day one of the new Renfrewshire Care Academy. This is one of the full day inputs I give and it's always electrifying for everyone invloved.

At the start of the day there is always a nervous and tense feeling in the room, the material we cover really asks the candidates to dig-deep and explore 'Who Am I?' By the end of the day there is a noticeable buzz in the room and everyone leaves with a clear idea that this is not like anything else they have experienced.

Today we had the academy candidates and the 2 winners of The Recruit who started their 12 month employment with us. I also invited another of the recruits who had been unsuccesful in securing any of the jobs on offer. I invited her on to the academy as I know the information we cover will give her the skills and motivation to deal with her disappointment and go on to achieve great things!

yes i was there as they say and i can say mr kidd certainly gets you thinking about life in general and the goals you can achiev very nice bunch of peeps there today and i look forward to the rest of the course
