Edinburgh Academy - Course 6 Completion Day

Today 14 candidates graduated and received certificates of achievement having completed the Positive Transitions Academy in Edinburgh.

One by one each candidate heard the positive affirmations and words that their colleagues on the course had to say about them. Most were amazed at just how they had been perceived. Every person has made progress on their own personal journey, from stepping out of their comfort zone, speaking infront of others, going to interviews and seeing themselves in a better light.

The main message with this group has been to take control, take responsibility and try something new!

We’re looking forward to hearing of who secures employment first!

Excellent work this week Roger - a large group for this particular academy but they have still received the message loud and clear. Fingers crossed for those who had attended the hospitality recruitment event - I know that many of them felt that they had performed very well off the back of the work you had done with them over the course of this academy... Our work with these guys continues long after the completion of this training; we still have pending interviews into next week to look forward to and the possibility of more delegates making the transition into sustainable employment!

Great work with your Edinburgh Team guys! You make a positive difference with all the people who come through Academies and your work mates too.
