East Renfrewshire Care Academy

Over the last 8 days we have experienced lot of new an interesting things. We have created our Wish Lists for Stevie Kidd who will help us work towards our wishes on Personal Enhancement day. This list is about what each of us wants to achieve for ourselves. We have participated in Who Am I and we are working on discovering who we actually are!

We stood up and shared a little about ourelves on DAY ONE.

Johari Window has helped us to realise our values, attributes and goals and this is something we are continuously working on.

Mandatory training has given us a good knowledge and understanding of what is required within the Care Sector and this has been interesting. In fact we have all passed our learning checks first time which we value as an achievement! Go us!!!!

We have learned so much about ourselves already, most of us are moe confident aout speaking in the group and being stars on youtube (well some of us)!

We have formed as a group, a team and are friends. With the time remaining on this Academy we are lookig forward to the tasks and challenges ahead with laughter, tears and good fun along the way!
