Day 9 as a KDS Trainer

Never underestimate the power of words! Day four of Academy 23 kicked off with Stevie discussing inspirational words. These words were immense and represented the people on the Academy. He was on fire!

We reinforced the importance of the KDS handshake and how this builds relations. Following on from powerful words they then all came up with a word to describe themselves.

Deborah told me today that when she went home last night she looked at the KDS website and was delighted with the stories that had been shared about her. Her Dad was so pleased that he printed of the stories to take into his work! Deborah’s face lit up when she told me this.

A fantastic day! Tomorrow is Mind over Matter and we are all looking forward to that!
