Day 5 of our Training Academy
Day 5 and it definitely was mind over matter day today! The team came
in early and were raring to go! Les worked them hard and I was
impressed with the way they all pulled together as a team to help each
other through the difficult emotions they were experiencing! After the
Tai Chi they emerged as a new group, with renewed energy, glowing
complexions and lots of smiles!! A fantastic day with tired but very
inspired faces!
