Creating a New Future

For the last couple of days Stevie has been conducting a full business analysis of the hotels we recently signed up on a consultancy basis. This diagnostic is being done in partnership with the industry expert we are working in partnership with.

The purpose of this is to work towards the future direction of the business.

Part of this involved spending the night at 2 of the hotels to gain an understanding of the whole customer experience.

The days have been spent meeting with all Heads of Departments discussing the future of the company and getting a full understanding of operational strategies are they currently are.

When the analysis is complete a report will be written for the client outlining the vision for moving forward and a strategy meeting will be held.

An amazing experience and an exciting time for everyone, creating a new future for this successful business.

The staff in the hotels must be amazed at the changes that have been brought about even in the two days that Stevie has been in them! Wonder how they will adapt to the changes that will come about? k
