Care Academy 17 - Day Two

Coming to the academy today I still felt a little nervous but not as nervous as I was yesterday when I walked in for the first time. Last night when I went home I was pleasantly surprised to find the dinner had been made for me, also that I had more energy than usual. I used this energy to do something different with my night instead of watching the television. I am proud of what I achieved yesterday.
After the work that we have done today on attitudes and knowing who I am, I feel even more positive about myself and the things that I am capable of. I got up this morning looking forward to the day and I am looking forward to tomorrow as I know I will be even more confident and positive then.
