Care Academy 17 - Day One

Today was the first day of the Academy; I had decided it was the first day of the rest of my life.
Stevie’s session made me look at myself and find the good things about me and the positive aspects of my personality and experience. It was reinforced within me that the more positive outlook I have, the more I can achieve the goals I have given myself in life. During the day I realised I have a lot to offer a potential employer, I just need to learn how to project that to them, but I also realised I still have a lot to learn and put into practice about self confidence and believing in myself!!
I am looking forward to the rest of the journey!

read your blog today, I was also out my comfort zone and challenged myself to do things that I had never done before, by the end of the day I felt much more positive. Candidate from Academy 17
