Buddy Day - Renfrewshire Academy

Buddy day today for Academy 23! – Can’t wait to hear how you all got on! I am sure there were highs as well as some challenges that you had to face today, but that is what the experience is all about to give you an insight into your possible future career!

Today I met Deborah at her placement and she was literally glowing! She was on such a high that she wanted to come back to the office to share her day with the KDS team. We were all delighted to learn that she had did so well and more so because she enjoyed it and challenged herself to interact with new people. What an achievement Deborah – we are all proud of you and you should be proud of yourself! Each member of our team works extremely hard to make the Academy a positive and memorable experience for every candidate and I am privileged to work with such dedicated people!

This is more than a job to me, it’s a life change!
