Big changes on Day 2 of the Academy!

The power of attitude!

Day two in the Academy and already the changes were apparent! Smiles were brighter, faces and shoulders more relaxed, interaction with each other was better and the barriers were definitely coming down all around the room. Visitors were met with a handshake and an introduction and all were impressed when they left room! (Well done guys!!) Yesterday's information has clearly been taken on board and the confidence is beginning to develop!

Today was all about the power of attitude and this academy is a shining example of what changes can happen when you change your attitude!!
