Astounding Results in Edinburgh.

Outbursting of information, stupendous, entertaining, knowledgeable, exhausting, exuberant, mind changing, enlightening, hysterical, unique, hypnotic.

These are just some of the words and phrases used to describe Stevie’s presentation yesterday. He was delivering as part of his contract with KDS Training to an employability academy that is being run in partnership with A4E in Edinburgh.

This is what KDS Trainer Kate Sutherland had to say about the impact Stevie made:

“Excellent feedback from yesterday - group were delighted that he spent the day through here and that he took the time to do that and make it personal to them! Lots of tired people this morning as there was lots of thinking done last night! Lisa sent a txt to the office phone at 1.48 as her brain was still ticking over! she thoroughly enjoyed it and has appeared filled with even more drive, determination and enthusiasm than ever (and she has a lot normally!!) Everyone agree's that although sometimes it is hard to keep up with Stevie's pace that they will all make changes in what they do and say!! The biggest impact has been on the language patterns and how they speak to themself - the final piece of the jigsaw clicked with that after yesterday's session.

They have kept their game up with their appearance after the session yesterday and you can see that their has been more effort made in their personal presentation. The use of visioning and playing movies in their heads had a big impact and it was brought up as a discussion point this morning and they all agreed that they always played the movie with a catastrophic ending rather than playing it with a positive ending! They are now changing this within themselfs and we have had a frank and open discussion about why this comes about!

Mikey admits that he will now take more time with his family and has made a point of explaining to them where he see's their future and why he is making these changes in his thinking. he is also passing it on to his kids as well as his girlfriend. they talked about the communication they have with each other and the kids and have agreed to work on this!

John McNeil feels more positive and energetic and has looked at his strategy for going forward!”
