An Instant Reaction

Today Stevie was motivating another group of unemployed individuals as part of his contract with KDS Training.

There were 23 people in the audience all with the hope of being accepted onto the next KDS Training care academy.

This is an Open Day and following the presentations there will be an interview process and then the selection will made as to who has been successful in securing a place on the academy.

Stevie’s high energy and motivational presentation lasted for an hour and was on the theme of thinking big. Stevie spoke with passion about how he achieves his own success by thinking big and believing that anything is achievable. He backed up his words by showing a motivational clip which encompasses the theory as a whole.

The audience were completely engaged and described Stevie’s sessions as uplifting and inspiring. There was one candidate who was writing ferociously throughout and afterwards she explained that she was doing this as she wouldn’t normally get the opportunity to meet someone like Stevie and learn about what his motivation is and who would share his business knowledge.

Another candidate said the she was “buzzing” following the presentation.

Seeing instant change in people is always exciting and see-ing Stevie in action, especially at open days, shows the lightbulb moments happening in front of your eyes! K
