An Explosive End to an Explosive Week!

This morning Stevie wowed the group on the Aberdeen Positive Transitions Academy.

The group had been keen to meet Stevie as they had heard all about him from Kate, KDS Trainer delivering the academies and by following him on social media and through blogs.

It is vitally important to Stevie that he gets to meet as many of the candidates that come through our academies as possible, however as the business grows and develops all over the UK and as Stevie is in demand more than ever it just isn’t possible for him to meet everyone.

The session lasted for 2 hours and had the usual “Stevie Kidd effect!” It was high energy with Stevie delivering on many topics including “are you more than you are currently living”, “what is it that you really want and how are you going to get it”, “timelines”, “visualisation” to name a few.

Following his delivery Stevie went on to a meeting at with Inspire. This is a social enterprise which offers individuals with learning disabilities the opportunity to gain some work experience. Stevie is massively impressed with the work being done by the team there and he would like to see more of these throughout the country. It fits in well with Stevie’s own agenda of working with individuals with additional learning needs and creating work experience programmes around them.

An extremely successful and rewarding day for all involved.

The momentum will continue as next week Stevie will be in the office on Tuesday morning and then out at meetings with the Princes Trust and then flying to London. He will spend 2 days in London observing the work done at centres of excellence for youth.

You would read this blog and think this would be a busy week for Stevie, though at KDS we know this is simply the pace Stevie always works at!
