Always look for the meaning of the Story!

Today Stevie delivered to all 40 candidates on the current three Academies, Life Coaching was the topic for the day and Stevie delivered the first hour and within minutes he had the whole room mesmerised with his presentation! “Don’t get caught up in the story, understand the meaning!” was Stevie’s advice during the opening few minutes! An open, honest, hard hitting and emotional hour followed which left everyone with something to think about and made many, if not all, candidates realise that emotions were a signal for change in many situations within their own lives! Thoughts, self-talk, hazard perception, feelings, emotions, control, unconscious messages and metaphors in life were all expertly woven throughout the session to make lasting points to everyone in the room! Candidates all took their own messages from the topics that were covered and the feedback received showed that everyone would now be playing a different movie in their head when it came to the outcomes of situations that they may face in their future. A lasting point and message to us all from Stevie that was that how we process thoughts and feelings has a big impact on the control we maintain over a situation!

The question “What do we want our legacy to be?” will now be looked at with fresh eye’s after Stevie’s high impact session this morning!
