Academy 23, Day 7, WOW!

Day 7 of Academy 23. This was a learning process for us all. As the candidates learned about creating a C.V and selling themselves, I too am beginning to understand all about the WOW factor! It’s one thing writing about your key skills and attributes on paper, but do you believe it and live by the principles you are writing about? Do you have the courage to stand out and stand by your beliefs? Do you walk the walk? Do you want to be in the crowd or stand out from the crowd? This is sound advice and it all clicked into place for me today. Applying these principles will indeed help Academy 23 to excel in future employment – this truly is more than a training course it is a journey to a brighter future!
