Secondly each and every one of you guys do a tremendous job out on the road, and within the customer as it is evident that customer service is still at the same high standard as expected when representing KDS. The challenges this week with customer was sickness our customer entailed, this was dealt with again very professionally with the whole Lanarkshire team quickly readjusting their day to cope with the extra workload, even though we have 3 new drivers from the academy in the team the level of commitment and professionalism never dropped, so well done guys all of the team in Lanarkshire.

enhance your life in two hours with me
Ok so here we go. Stevie Kidd says "im in London do you want to meet up"? I think "what does he want with me". I sat with Stevie for 2 hours mesmerised by his chat, warmth and prescence. I came away and checked that there was nothing on the ground because it was like walking on springs. I talked to someone on a train (something i never do) I met my wife and while she was driving I told her to pull over straight away. I told her I loved her and kissed her as though it was our first time. I then told her to take some time for herself and to get her hair done as I would look after our son for the afternoon. We went to the park and played and laughed just for the sheer joy of living. I went over the conversation again in my head and I resolved to try new things, take a different route, talk to strangers and most of all to take more risks. Whats the point of living otherwise. I know all the things I did differently today was because of your voice in my head. All I can say is thanks for being a friend

Final Message to the Academy - part 2
The knowledge of information, the learning’s you have all had in four weeks is remarkable, your brains have become sponges soaking up the information, this process has been about the foundations of your Calgary tower. You have been a fantastic group to work with, now that you are about to walk through the door as the trainers have unlocked and opened door, you all have to simply walk through door now and start living life to the full. Main areas to remember, Goals, have you set them yet, are they all around you, does not matter how big or small if they are still in your head, take them from your head and get them all around you, now!! Relationships, every time you meet someone it’s an opportunity, it’s an offer to make a friend, an offer to improve within your job, offer to improve your learning’s, or an offer of you meeting for a reason to get you on in life, this is number one for me growing my business. Communication, we carried out many exercises on communication, please remember and reflect constantly as this is what will get you what you want in life and in another sense how you will lose out in life if you use the wrong method of communication. Nutrition and fitness, well you all enjoyed first week at David Lloyd, you all enjoyed the five a day in fruit, its vital that this part is right, Steven tell them they need to keep this up, what you put in is in return what will be result, if the glass is half empty at start of a day, if you are hitting snooze button five times before you get up that’s how day will turn out. Benefit calculation and extra benefits, please ensure all this has been addressed my lovelies, its vitally important before you start your first shift all is understood. Personal enhancement, understanding in all areas in life that you can improve if you want to, we had many discussions around different areas a lot of you have started the process of in the home what you need to do more, and reaction you are getting is good and which in turn makes you feel good and should make you hungry to do more. Aftercare, we are looking at this currently with my friend at the back Bill, but never be a stranger, we are your relationships, use them when you need to, Before I go success symbol, how many photos and learning’s have you got in your home from your time on academy to keep you and family and friends in good state. Buy something which will remind you of this success, something visual. Give 100 percent to you and what you want out of life, use every part of fibre and soul to get what you want, why would you do it any other way. It is now time to measure where you are , what you have achieved but look at all areas in life to build on, I have a saying in life “constant an never ending improvement in all areas of your life” you do the same and always remember to smile, I said smile guys, you have lots to smile about, I am a much better person for meeting and working with you all. Thank you for letting me in, enjoy your day and every other day that comes your way, never waste a day, an hour, a minute or a second, never have a meaningless argument and guys the best way to say sorry is, “ I see I have offended you, my actions were totally unnecessary and for that I apologise” Life is simply too short, keep smiling! For people who done personal enhancement sessions remember all your learnings and simply keep working hard at areas in your life, never give up.

Final message to the Academy - part 1
A graduation message from Stevie Kidd
Hi ALL
First of all as I sit on my flight to London or I may even be in London at this time, which was planned perfectly with me maxing my time the next couple of days, I feel the need to give you one more message. You have ALL done fantastically well, when I look through photos in my head and my movies of last 5 weeks, I explore my timelines and I say to myself, what a transformation. I then look at my team and at this point and say, well done KDS training, from Andrew Craig right down the chain, Steven please mention everyone thanks, can you all applaud for 10 seconds please, on you go now guys, start applauding, louder guys, trainers you should very proud as SIR ALEX would say, Thank you
We started these academies 2 years ago, a man in the audience his name is Bill Anderson, he deserves a huge applause, put me and Bill in a room and well it’s a good formula but we always become very innovative and loud and always passionate when we get together, and for sure it’s all about one thing, “THE PEOPLE”, people makes the world go round for me and Bill, so before I go on and I know he will be looking or loitering at back of room and chuckling probably even saying oh move on, come on, but no we do not move on, we applaud a man who has supported me and KDS tirelessly for these academies and more innovative projects to be developed now and in the future. Bill brings the partners together and has great ideas so please join me in applauding this man. Thank you Bill,
Job Centre, Paisley Partnership, Employers, Renfrewshire Council and Economic Development I thank you personally, I stay out the road of you , why, because we all know why, I can be a pain in the arse, a thorn in your side, so after a few academies I realised that partners are required and its best to let the people who are professional in the field to do what they are good at, and for this I do sincerely thank each and every one of you.( Applause.)
My wife Lesley should be with you all, you are my rock, I have been with my wife for 18 years, and I realised a long time ago that this is core to life, you have to get this part right, if not a lot of other areas in your life are affected and never go to plan, then you can lose focus in life. Lesley You came in voluntary for four days to get academy students feel in a better place and carried pamper days for the academy. I have never seen so many people happy in my life, and this point I need you to remember the people’s faces as you created that joy and happiness which is what life is about. I love you and thank you from the bottom of my heart, you understand me and you understand the model we have created. You are my inspiration as I said in academy you are a cheetah and an example to everyone, if you want something you get it, everyone should adopt your strategy as its perfect in every way, really thank you on behalf of KDS and academy students.

From Emma's parents
A lovely card from Emma’s Mum and Dad in response to a letter and feedback from Stevie and the KDS training team.
Dear Stevie and Team
I would just like to say a big thank you to all the people Emma met on the course. She has enjoyed the experience and has greatly benefitted from the four weeks. It was lovely to meet Stevie, He and the group all gave a very positive, happy , feel-good attitude to everyone involved. This is a great idea and I think this life-coaching is one that should be given to all school-leavers for the wide world ahead. I wish you every success in your work as it is richly deserved.
All the Best
Mr & Mrs J Burrell
P.S. We were proud to receive your letter, thanks again!
