In April 2010, Managing Director Stevie Kidd met, by chance, Mark McKirdy.
Mark asked Stevie if he could gain work experience making cups of coffee and tea at the KDS Group.
Stevie welcomed Mark's request but was struck by his apparent acceptance that he could only complete menial tasks.
This drove Stevie to create a work experience plan that would not only benefit Mark in business but ensure that his self-confidence rocketed to benefit him personally as well.
