Since our launch in February 2008, we have delivered numerous successful training courses, and Training Academies - inspiring and empowering people to grasp practical skills for life, see themselves in new ways and step out to achieve things they never believed possible.
Spreading across the UK from our starting point in Scotland, our trainings are recognised as bringing real value to people's lives.
We have been designated "Champions of our Sector" by the Scottish Government - and given an accreditation to further develop our outsourced training.
Public Sector Initiatives
Our programs work. For example, over the last two years we have inspired and motivated hundreds of people to take charge of their lives, find the confidence inside themselves and become self-reliant and fully engaged with life. 90.54% of the long-term unemployed who have attended our trainings have gone on to take permanent full time employment, or moved on to further education. We work with young people to motivate and engage them to fit into work and life, as well as working with HM Prisons in the rehabilitation of offenders.
